Cross-Border Transfer Notice (AdMob-based)
This app (“TimeBack”) uses Google AdMob to provide in-app advertising and measure ad performance. In this process, personal information or information that may be considered personal information may be transferred outside the user’s country.

Note: Google may use information collected from partner apps and sites, such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and app activity, for advertising and measurement purposes.

- Timing: When the app runs and when ad requests, impressions, clicks, measurement, consent processing, or related functions occur
- Method: Transfer through encrypted network communication (HTTPS/TLS)
- Safeguards: Processing under relevant international data-transfer frameworks and contractual safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable
D. Purpose and Transferred Data
- Purpose: Ad delivery, personalization-state handling, performance measurement, analytics, service quality and stability improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
- Example data: Advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), app version/settings, basic device/network information, cookie-like identifiers, ad interaction and error/crash signals, approximate location at city/country level, consent state, etc.
The actual information collected and used is subject to Google’s partner data-use documentation and policies.
E. Retention
- Information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes above or for the period required by applicable law, then deleted or de-identified.
- Specific retention periods and deletion standards follow Google’s privacy policy and advertising service policies.
F. Right to Refuse or Withdraw Consent
- In-app path: Users can change advertising choices in the Privacy Options screen.
- In regions such as the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, users may select or reset personalized or non-personalized advertising choices through the UMP consent screen.
- Refusing or withdrawing consent may limit some personalized advertising features, but core app features remain available.
Country-Specific Notices
- This notice is prepared to provide information on the recipient, destination country, timing and method, purpose and data items, retention period, and disadvantages of refusing consent for cross-border transfers.
Japan (APPI)
- When information is provided to a foreign third party, information about the destination country, its protection system, or appropriate safeguards is provided. Transfers may be based on user consent where required. Google’s international data-transfer mechanisms and safeguards are described above.
Turkiye (KVKK)
- Cross-border transfers may require an adequacy decision, written safeguards approved by the authority, or explicit consent. Where necessary, related information will be provided through this notice and support channels.

- Only the minimum information necessary for legal compliance and service provision is provided to the recipient above. Please refer to Google’s documentation for partner data-use practices.
Changes
- This notice may be updated. Material changes will be notified through in-app notice or by updating this document.
